It’s September and the schools have started again. Traditionally wise the consumption of fresh mushrooms goes up in the north of Europe. Especially the brown mushrooms are loved in the autumn. Michael van Avezaath grower at Pilzland Hogenbögen was challenged by the local elementary school to grow the largest mushroom possible to show to the children. This was the result!
